140 is definitly in an acceptable range, when I was in practice we didn't get truly concerned unless a patient's glucose was consistantly over 200. That was some time ago, standards may have changed over the years

I actually have no problem with changing them. As long as I don't have to buy them. Damn, they expensive.

I have recently had to spend much more time on the phone than I am used to. Just did my very first Zoom meeting on Friday last. I have also had to spend much time on hold. I agree with all these sentiments
