I'm currently in a Budget Committee markup. This is what Republicans want to do:

❌ Slash $880 billion from Medicaid
❌ Cut $230 billion from food assistance
❌ Hand $4.5 trillion in tax breaks to billionaires & big corporations

This is a Republican rip off.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.
