i finally got my ancient sewing machine working properly after cleaning out half a century's worth of felt and machine oil out of the bobbin area :D
also managed to find this near pristine buttonholer attachment that works by moving the fabric itself since my machine can only straight stitch!

after accidentally exploding my bottle of shalimar at BFC i managed to find a killer deal on an even bigger bottle of the extrait strength of it + ancient expired scented body cream from 1998

finally got these patches properly stitched onto my crusty old shoulder bag :3 also replaced the busted magnetic clasps with mostly decorative cute lil flower buttons

hmmm after mucking about with trying to get plex media server to run on linux mint for the past few hours i feel like i learned a lot but still cant get the damn server to see my media library 🙃 guess ill continue untangling permissions/mounting issues later

tried going in to work when i was still sick because im accustomed to Restaurant Work Ethic (you show up no matter what or your career dies instantly) and got booted out of the office near instantly...i definitely have some work culture adjustments to get used to x.x
