I'm a little worried because they're both till very cloudy, especially the left one, but hopefully they'll clear up. I had a tiny taste of the left one and it tasted fine, kinda cidery, and strong! Phewf!

Bunfortunately my own baked buns fo this didn't rise so I used English muffins instead. Still toasted in the pan and brushed with garlic butter tho.

Here are my two fermenting vessels, one with traditional honey mead, the other brewing with apples, and apple juice along with honey. Later it will be steeped with cinnamon while aging, for an apple cinnamon twist on the mead, very autumnal.
