I'm a little worried because they're both till very cloudy, especially the left one, but hopefully they'll clear up. I had a tiny taste of the left one and it tasted fine, kinda cidery, and strong! Phewf!

When I ffinished cooking lunch, the aforementiond bacneggnchee, I said I'm a chef bun, then imagined a bun in a chef hat, then Ember in one. Then I thought, I want art of that, then I though, maybe art of all my interests!

Bunfortunately my own baked buns fo this didn't rise so I used English muffins instead. Still toasted in the pan and brushed with garlic butter tho.

My apple cinnamon mead is ahead of schedule! That layer of sediment is dead yeast, whichever the yeast must have made a ton of alcohol very quick and hit its tolerance. Only the hardiest of yeast will survive in this delicious thunderdome!
I still plan on waiting the full 3 weeksbefore racking tho.
