Regulation and selective usage is key, and where we get into trouble. Given its inability for nuanced thought, and potential to make things up when it has no answer, it’s good for shopping and entertainment, not for example for health insurance decisions. Fine as a helper, but it needs supervision.

There are some things AI does thay are useful, but it’s also the poster child for “garbage in gatbage out” - at its best, the results are only as good as its data + the prompt(s) used to retrieve it.

It is very bad what is happening in how AI is being “sold.” It belongs in low risk environments like Netflix movie decisions or what kind of clothes or cars you like. NOT life and death decision making. It’s being over sold and no one buying the software truly understands it. Very high danger.
