The polish art is great, but I'd take anything at this point. Its a bummer that it's in legislative hell.

Board game stuff:
Anyone want to sell or trade for a copy of Stationfall? I was Crestfallen when I saw it was published by Ion. They stoped printing it, removed it from their website, and salted the earth where it rested.

I never get a chance to show this off, even though I worked SO HARD at it.

I will see that bet and raise you tamales in a can.

It gets a lot of grief, but the 1990 remake of Night of The Living Dead deserves respect, or at least a rewatch from jaded cinephiles.

We should hear all sides for this to be fair and balanced.

One piece should cover it. 450+ hours.

Board game stuff:

Do cooperative games need to meaningfully address the issue of alpha players? Are there cooperative board games that effectively deal with that problem? The closest thing I've observed is Spirit Island being so opaque that people might be unclear what other player powers allow for

Killer Klowns from Outer Space taught me to distrust clowns, a valuable lesson.

So much negativity in the world, so I'll try for positivity. I believe in you, internet stranger.

My otherwise utterly secure wife told me I can’t talk to any bitches at work. I informed her that I had solved said problem.

The gaming community can be rather awful. It isn’t news to me. Just jarring, seeing another example of monumental entitlement regarding people hosting a free game server. Project Epoch stress tested their server for 2000 and got 30k trying to log in. Even Netflix barely keeps up with server spikes.

Forbidden Stars is one of the greatest area control board games. The learning curve is sharp enough to get cut by. When the rules aren’t intuitive, they are at least thematic. It’s one of only a few area control games that plays great at 2. The 40k theme is dumb fun.

Had to say goodbye to a great dog today. Max was 14 and was in poor health. He used to dream of chasing things in his sleep. I hope he’s dreaming of running. Picture is of the first day we brought him home.

Every time he does a racism. Charlie Kirks face gets smaller while his head remains the same size. Soon his face will be smooth and devoid of features.

I watched Everything, Everywhere, all at once. Beautiful, weird movie. I love the theme of connectedness wove n into absurdism. I know I’m late the party. Just nice that movies can still make folks feel things besides the relief of boredom.

Police are responding to heinous vandalism of a beloved CEO portrait. When asked for comment, Thomas Koegler stopped kicking puppies long enough to say some corporate boilerplate about how his corporation is fine and he'll enjoy discarding the husks of smaller, weaker board game businesses.
