This is a screenshot taken from a video that clearly shows one of the children with his hands, zip tied. Patricia Olivarez is the one who took this video. Again this happened at the San Antonio immigration court located in downtown San Antonio.

ICE agents detained more people outside of the San Antonio immigration court. This time they detained families, and even some of the children were zip tied.
