I've been reading through my draft to note down issues before I start on the structural edits, and I just read one part and muttered to myself, "God I'm being very coy about this, aren't I?" 😅

Just finished writing what I can only describe as a scene that felt like a held breath. It's the pivotal scene my entire novel has been building towards, the one I've been mulling over for years and have tried to write in at least five different ways, but I think I finally got it right.

I #amwriting a very active scene and was struggling to keep track of where my characters were, so I tried making the room in Sims and printing it off so I could track them with little markers. Not sure why I didn't think of this sooner, it's very helpful.

Not wild about the whiplash of PRH adding a clause in their copyright that their books can't be used for AI scraping only for their parent company to sign a deal with OpenAI.
