We’re so grateful to have spent time in India with two of our incredible partners, India HIV/AIDS Alliance and PrEPARED, witnessing firsthand their inspiring work with LGBTQ+ communities, expanding access to PrEP, and connecting people with essential sexual and mental health services.

Despite great scientific advances in HIV prevention, there were 1.3M new cases in 2024, including a daily average of 570 new cases among young women aged 15–24. The expansion of The Rocket Fund to $200M is a catalyst to turbocharge our mission & make sure marginalized communities get vital care.

Yet the House Appropriations sub-committee’s proposal, which eliminates President Trump’s Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative, does just that.
