Linkedin post from a former Tesla employee: An open letter to my former colleagues at Tesla: Like so many of you, I joined Tesla because of the mission -- to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. Getting to do that while solving difficult problems alongisde extermeley talented people with a high degree of responsibilty was about as close to a dream job I could ask for. And in advancing that mission for the 9+ years I was there, I gave Tesla my all. Until very recently, I thought that would continue much longer than 9 years. Unfortunately, over the course of the last year or so, the actions of the company no longer felt aligned with that goal. It increasingly felt like the mission of the company was to enrich one man who had now aligned himself with and endorsed a movement that is explicitly antithetical to that original mission. About 6 months ago, then, I made the difficult decision to leave. Not only did I leave behind the only job I'd known and a fair bit of money, but also a team and boss I enjoyed working with, an engineering culture that suited me well, and challenging and impactful problems to help solve. It was scary to make that choice because I didn't know if I'd find even some of those qualities elsewhere, let alone all. What I found is that those qualities are out there; there are other companies solving difficult problems to make the world a better place; there are teams and leaders out there who have put in the work to build healthy and engaging cultures. While Tesla felt like a dream job that would be hard to follow up, it was rare but not entirely unique. A sustainable and well run organization is built on the talent, tenacity, and desire of the people within it and cannot survive when those people or those qualities are no longer present. The same people who made that organization special, though, can provide a foundation to nurture that same culture in a new organization. (...)

J'ai du taper "feuilleton tv" dans sa barre de recherche pour retrouver ce post, pour te remercier d'avoir soulevé ce sujet!! J'ai enfin trouvé l'option a désactiver sur ma TV (motion sur une Bravia)... enfin je peux regarder des films sans me dire: mais qu'est-ce que c' est que cette merde d'image.
