Nothing more annoying than a parent who thinks their kid is advanced

I would personally love to left in a playpen with all my favorite things and zero responsibilities while someone else cooked me dinner, but kids HATE it.

Don’t tell me to go outside either. I live in the south where it gets to be approximately a million degrees and the UV index will give you cancer between 10am and 6pm. I have had luck with letting her pull all the tissues out of a tissue box and stuffing them back in over and over.

Cleaning up after meals/snacks a million times a day is the bane of my existence. I think the hardest part of being a part so far is trying to hype myself up to clean yogurt off the floor.

The key to being a good hang out house is to not make a big fuss about hanging out. we don’t need to plan a cook out weeks in advance and I won’t be cleaning up before you come. I’m inviting you over after dinner on an impulse.
