I grew up in Danville, Illinois.
There were three hospitals (including the VA) there when we moved there in 1985. One has since closed. As of a couple of years ago, nobody delivers babies in Danville. High needs care? Ambulance trip to Urbana-Champaign.

my sister is the worker who was fired for wearing a mask to protect my immunocompromised fiancé. i went to mikos to confront the owner directly after and he told me mikos “did the whole mask thing; we’re done with that” and that masks were “disguises”
