i guess it feels like the a lot of the gamer sphere decided it was just fine with doing like Super Metroid/Resident Evil/Zelda/Mario/Doom etc forever and like... i don't think i'm actually okay with that? even though my idea of an alternative to that isn't a hyperreal Sad My Wife Left Simulator
