"Ethnicity data"? Based on/defined as what, exactly? Self-identification? Nationality of >2 grandparents? Colour charts? And who decides the categories?

2)The same dataset however is good enough to claim that the overwhelming majority of perpetrator of child exploitation are Indian or Pakistani (Big title we need a national inquiry), however the majority of perpetrator of child abuse are white (nothing to see here, we are all good with this).

1) Only 1/3 of the constabulary was taking data on ethnicity and that cannot prove the claim (done before) that the 80% of the perpetrator are white.
