Its why i love to do react emojis to text msgs and discord msgs bc i feel like i can still interact w ppl w/o feeling the Dread of being ignored one too many times that day. Like if im too unstable and insecure atm to reply i like to let ppl know im listening and still like what theyre saying

im not more active and social esp in group chats/servers bc if im ignored a Certain amt of times i will assume everyone doesnt want me there and ill spiral 😭 which is rlly annoying bc its normal to be passed over in group situations sometimes but its consistent Repeated occurrences that mess me up
