Like many of us I spent the break thinking about my 2025 goals. I realised I’d often put high expectations on myself&others always with a destination. So now I’m going to enjoy& be challenged by the journey too. I’ve started my 1% diary to strengthen my connection with my authentic Self a bit a day!

📢✨Absolutely delighted this report has been published. It’s felt like a very personal research project for me as a disabled person myself!

The report looks at how best to design energy support for disabled people.

Please do take a read and reshare!

Terminally ill people can face high energy costs when they are least able to mange them. @consumerscotland.bsky.social’s new report recommends the Scottish Government targets extra support through the Special Rules for Terminal Illness, which allow for quicker access to benefits.

Insightful report by @consumerscotland.bsky.social; very welcome to see additional, targeted energy affordability support for terminally ill people in its recommendations.

1 in 5 people die in fuel poverty at EOL in Scotland, @johnswinney.bsky.social & Scot Gov have an opportunity to change that.

1) Really insightful day at @cruk-si.bsky.social conference exploring system innovations which will improve health outcomes.

Theo’s openness about living with terminal brain cancer was inspirational. Her approach to the uncertainty which lies ahead is something we could all learn from 👇
