5. Second tangent re: Goldie the too-aware fish. Though the people in this world are largely vegetarian (this is not addressed, but for this to be otherwise could get VERY awkward very quickly) but BUT, in one episode they eat fish fingers…

4.Ok, two tangents. The first: worms, bees, butterflies also have strange smiling faces. The bees can be(e) a bit cheeky at times, but I am comfortable enough with their level of sentience. I am cool with the bees. I don’t want to open a can of worms about the worms, so let’s just leave that there.

3. Other animals have a level of sentience too. Goldie the goldfish has a painted-on smile and reacts to prompts and, I SWEAR, giggles in one episode.

2. The sentient animals of the PP world are, by and large, mammals. Specifically, land mammals - so no David dolphin or Sammy shark. EXCEPT
