Was lucky to see this, & Jupiter & its bands & 4 moons, & Mars, & Orion nebula through my son's telescope on boxing day night. He's taken some fantastic photos with his phone, on a special mount on the scope. Last pic is from boxing day, other 2 are earlier this year

#gardening August to October 2023, and whats left of the garden. Chief culprit for 'missing' plants in the middle. Wire temporary fence to keep him off borders, big fail as impossible for weeding and Theodore just barged through 🙄
