Wouldn't this be ex post facto as prohibited by the Constitution

I don't make it in the crock pot, but, that is on my menu for this coldest air of the year this week! Wednesday or Thursday...with already-cooked chicken thigh meat I boiled to make the soup I made 10 days ago (set aside & froze half the meat for the next pot).

I don't know if it was something fighting the vaccines or what. Frustrating to have no real clue what caused it. Amanda has been sneezing a ton the past 2-3 days, but, probably unrelated.

Well, I actually felt the worst today, but, while it isn't a 10-minute "fever break with cold sweat" like when I got over Covid in 2020, it's gradually improving tonight, compared with even 2-3 hours ago.

Soon after I got back in bed after this brief "good evening," I had to remove the extra torso/arm layer. I bet in another 30 minutes, the extra blanket can go, too (usually, I could sleep nekkid with an extra blanket, not require two layers). I did have some odd muscle pain, too, now gone. Fever.

Going to go ahead and spend this evening under blankets and with cats this evening, too, to get whatever this is flushed out.
