Let me recall what the archivist does:
They
Administer the Electoral College process, receive/validate certifications -Code of Federal Regulations for all agencies -Constitutional amendment process -Holds all federal records and determines what is to be destroyed, kept temporarily or permanently -Holds personnel files of all federal employees -Holds classified docs -They are the ombudsman of the Freedom of Information Act-what citizens/journalists use to keep the government accountable
Replacing the Archivist with a partisan crony guarantees the end of democratic elections in the United States. This is a hostile takeover.
You are not doing enough to uphold and defend the constitution.
