Perched on top is my other fave: my microwave with no spinning plate. Flat plate glass bottom. S tier

This guy is now spending like half the day most days at my place. He's an utter sweetheart. Family who owns him knows me and their young kids always knock on my window first if they can't find him. He's beyond affectionate 🧡

Mains side is all ok and testing as expected. This single panel tab ribbon cable jumps to like 100°C when you touch it when it's plugged in. Likely an issue with that or something weird on the timing board. Not hopeful!

The £6 AliExpress USB-C hotplate is actually incredibly good for both its size and cost. I can see reflow soldering actually being convenient in my future. But this is designed for pumping acetone fumes into an enclosed space 👍
