Just read (and enjoyed) your thread. I saw Yael Van Der Wouden speak recently as she was, as you'd expect, very funny. She is working on another novel 👀

Looking forward to seeing Yael van der Wouden talk about her work at Waterstones next month. In her acceptance speech, she raised some interesting questions that that book can help us to think through. When an atrocity 'ends', who owes what to who?

And so, yesterday I went through assessment criteria with my European politics class, and today I listened to my tutor give us a pep talk on our portfolio due after Christmas.

I'm glad I didn't realise. It's been useful. I promise to read the feedback...

I would however like a medal because with 1/2 lectures on Populism down this week, I have not mentioned Wicked once

But today, we're talking about the societal cleavages which emerged after transformations like the industrial revolution. Those who come through sludge and snow to attend will not be spared my love for North and South

Also I won't say who wins even though episode has now aired, but we were worried knowing would make watching the rest of this series less interesting. If anything, it was more interesting. Really nice not to have a runaway winner this time #Taskmaster
