I love this direct approach plan! I also have a rough time with this conversation style. And I have trouble distinguishing between a well meaning fellow neurodivergent person and someone who doesn’t care they’re overriding me! For me it usually clears it up to ask.

I wouldn’t have thought this was a thing… not that I make money from it but my witchy tendencies have only grown in this political climate. I need to lean hard into what feels real.

Hey so sorry you’re going through this. My partner struggles with sleep on multiple fronts. It’s debilitating to be functioning without being able to recharge. You deserve support. If it helps even a tiny amount complain away.
