The Court of Chancery spends a lot of time deciding cases that involve multi-billion-dollar deals. Its equity jurisdiction means it also gets to decide things like who should keep Tucker the Goldendoodle (don't worry, he's not getting cut in half) courts.delaware.gov/Opinions/Dow...

I would like to present this footnote from Magistrate Wright with no context.

I did reverse image searches on a few of the photos on the site, and they appear to all be stock images.

On the FAQ page, there's a link to a website for Berbay Marketing & PR, which does appear to be an actual PR agency.

On the contacts page, this shows up. Yes, that Morris James, the one that IS a law firm in Delaware.

Looks like Prickett, Jones & Elliott and Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, representing Dropbox shareholders, are asking the Court of Chancery to determine SB 21 (or at least the changes to Section 144) is unconstitutional.

The complaint isn't public, but this supplemental information statement is.

Here I am forcing my friends to take pics outside a castle despite feeling near death, leaning against a wall not for the aesthetic but because I was about to pass out (in other words probably in no condition to talk for 25 hours)

My favorite part of the TikTok ruling is the end of Gorsuch's concurrence being like "idk man, I guess you *can* make that law, but I'm not going to say it isn't dumb as hell"
