Passports and driver's licenses are easy to find online, thanks to a dizzying array of websites and apps that require a copy but aren't keeping the data safe.

Russia is blocking mobile internet for 24 hours for citizens returning from abroad. The method is to prevent Ukrainian drones from using Russian SIM cards for navigation and communication. The FSB will also get powers to shut down internet/telecom networks due to vague “threats”.
