High time for a new face

This is Quinn! They’re a thief rumored to be blessed by the gods and being tracked down by the religious institution of their city.
This art is for a 2 color risograph print, but the comic should be done and ready to publish next year.

Illustrated diagram of wrist exercises. Start standing with hands on a surface about knee high, like a chair. Place one palm down and pin it in place with the other hand. Rotate your elbow in and out slowly 5-10x. Switch hands and repeat. Can lean forward for more intense stretches, lean back for less intense. Can be done with hands and knees on the floor for more intense stretches. Illustrated diagrams of wrist exercises. Start standing with hands on a knee-level surface, like a chair. Place one hand down, palm up. Place your other hand in a fist on top of the palm to pin it in place. Slowly rotate your elbow in and out 5-10x. Switch hands and repeat. Lean forward for more intense stretches, lean back for less intense, can be done with hands and knees on the floor for more intense stretches.

Wearing a compression sleeve or wrist brace during strenuous activity helped me a lot. Stretches are also a huge help. These are some illustrations I made for myself to remember the stretches. But if any of the stretches hurt, STOP. Pain does not aid healing.

Start with fingers facing toward each other in a V shape. Slowly rotate down, out, up, and in until you return to the starting position. Repeat 5-10x. Reverse the direction and do it again. Illustrated diagram of wrist stretches. Start standing with your palms flat on a surface that’s about waist high, like a chair. Slowly lift your wrists until you’re on your fingertips. Slowly lower back down to be on the palms. Can be done with your hands and knees on the floor for a more intense stretch.

Winding down the day

Back to work

Cooking and cleaning with a brief read and snuggle break.

Lunch break

Today was a dnd day :)
4 panel comic First panel: 8:00 am. Washing dishes while waiting for DnD Second panel: 8:02 am. Oh my god, everyone is ON TIME?! Third panel: 8:05 am. Dm asks if everyone is ready to start. I exclaim AND READY BEFORE 8:45?! Fourth panel: voices coming out of the computer saying they haven’t even made coffee yet. I look relieved, saying oh good, I can finish the dishes. Comic. Our local theater just finished running this show and I made a whole comic for this songs visuals. I hadn’t heard of the musical before being commissioned, but Origin of Love is going to stick with me. It’s really one of the best songs ever
