Of course he was wearing a shirt underneath, so it didn’t matter—not really—yet the groundskeeper’s neck prickled." David in the last of his outfits: a green-blue tartan dressing gown that falls just past his knees, a little open to show some skin, definitely on purpose, which is why this outfit is affectionately known as the slut robe. He stands on the porch of his house, a slate blue craftsman style house, in the rain. Excerpt from The Keeper of Lonely Spirits reads, "David was in a tartan dressing gown, his hair damp. Rain pattered on the roof. “Do you want to come in?” David smiled at him. “Or did you want more time to enjoy the scenery?” The groundskeeper blushed; he was enjoying the scenery now. His eyes traced the path of a droplet down David’s neck, trailing from his hair into his collar... A sliver of David’s chest was visible where the gown closed."

shirt (2): EXTREMELY soft and comfy crop tee, words actually readable, love wearing it but am careful about where I do so due to the word "bitch" being right there on my boobs lol

10/10, love this shirt so much, bury me in it
E with a big grin, wearing an eggshell crop tee stretched very sexily over their chest, gesturing at the words on the shirt reading "stet for voice, bitch" with "stet for voice" in type and "bitch" in cursive. "stet for voice" is the more readable of the two due to the font, but "bitch" is still pretty readable. E is clearly overjoyed by this shirt

shirt (1): seamless tank top, words are too small, mostly used as a workout shirt and whoops I stretched out the straps
E in a bright turquoise tank top with stretched out straps and "stet for voice, bitch" in a blocky medieval sort of font and cursive, printed over one boob, barely readable (except for "bitch," oops)

pleased to announce that Mittens, the feral cat Edna took on her trip in an early draft of REMARKABLE RETIREMENT (but who was later cut when I kept forgetting about him), has reappeared in my new WIP

which according to my writing files I'm just calling FrankWIP for now, as I do
Frank had accepted it without question. He couldn’t hold anyone’s hand, hug, kiss, hadn’t been able to shake Greg’s hand when they’d finally met or hold any of his nieces or nephews as newborns. But here, now, in his workshop, he could—and did—pick up Mittens, press the cat to his chest, and bury his face in the cat’s fur.

I'd forgotten this was a Don Bluth film but that comes as no surprise since so many great animated films from this era are

although funnily enough the two types of guy he knows how to draw aren't in this film

perhaps they were too hard to draw as dinosaurs

finished @keezyyoung.bsky.social's YA horror graphic novel HELLO SUNSHINE, 10/10 highly recommend, the art is fantastic, each chapter is from a different character's POV, strong possibility the epilogue made me cry a lil bit
