These might be the second batch because I'm dumb and messed up the first batch. I make them all of the time, just had a brain fart, I guess. I use the All Recipes version online. I just substituted Splenda for sugar (always 1 cup less than called for) and I'm heavy handed with the peanut butter.

I made butternut squash soup. Or is it pepper soup? I don't know but there's roasted peppers, onions, garlic, and butternut squash in it with some ta-da. It's surprisingly delicious.
