My grandmother did the mustard poultice on us too. I don't know if it actually helped, but we definitely never complained about a cold again. 😆

I don't know if they are union (they don't advertise it, so probably not? They are Canadian and ship from Toronto, so many not a great fit for what you are looking for) but I've had great results and customer service from Stickerbeat.com
