That’s what I mean by this. The big boss—wrongfully dressing down a woman in front of everyone, so shockingly that she cannot even muster a reply—and nobody stands up for her.

I’m not sure there is any “work” reflected in your conclusion, given the complete lack of moral leadership in those whom voters have sent not just to DC but also many state posts.

This makes perfect sense if the goal is to flatten FEMA since Kidd began to dismantle Texas’ world class emergency management systems the moment he stepped through the door.
Looks like mission accomplished, and I believe he makes more than any other state employee.
