I’ve had a migraine and neck pain all day after being pain free for a week while in Hawaii. I love winter, but I hate this part of it.
I’m thankful for dim rooms and snuggles.

the pain, exhaustion and hyperactive brain induced insomnia is so bad at the moment; I feel like I'm full of ants but unable to move and my pillow and mattress feels like concrete causing further back and neck pain 😭 fml
