Which gives them a speed debuff by 20% that last for 8 seconds

Ability one, cosmic Tongue: Fallen wing will use his barb-wired like tongue to catch and pull the survivor towards him.The tongue can be controlled by the player playing as fallen wing to catch the human.
It it hits=20 second cool down
If miss= it retracts, 5 sec CD

Passive ability, loyal subjects: Three loyal subjects fly around the map looking for survivors.
When a survivor is spotted. It lets out a loud shriek sound that acts as a jump scare for the survivor. the survivor will be Desoriented for 6 seconds and highlighted for the monster for 15 seconds
