My SIL has an Oura Ring that she loves. Similar reasoning to you, no screen/notifications. She has chronic illness to manage as well. I’ve considered one but rings are weirder for me than watches.

I know you don’t want a screen on your wrist, and they’re expensive, but another vote for Apple Watch. Granted, what I use to track my sleep and HRV are extra apps I’ve paid for, BUT they are a small one time fee, not a subscription.

Though it works best with iPhone (for obvious reasons 😅)

I took a long walk and just completed a solid 20 minute yoga session. It’s something.
