Honestly this was a rough year for games in more ways than one, at least for someone with my taste. Hades 2 is great but it's a straight forward sequel, not GOTY material imo.

I don't understand, why would anyone apply for this? Can't you already get a residency in the US if you invest 1-2 million in a business?

Building good things is good. That means building houses is good. Rail lines - also good. Green energy facilities - good. Human capital in healthcare, higher education, primary education, etc, all good. Let's remove barriers and build more.
