This has taken a darker turn: this week, Beal sent out at least 3 sprawling emails spotlighting specific community members that objected to AFBC's presence in Norfolk. He makes vague noise about coming lawsuits in these missives; I've spoken to all 3 people targeted & none have been served yet.

Forgot to mention this yesterday but the CEO of Armed Forces Brewing, the military-themed brewery that closed its Norfolk VA location last month blaming "the local woke mob," sent a 2100-word email to potential investors yesterday announcing a goal of raising $2M in the next two weeks.

As a follower of Armed Forces Brewing Company and a potential investor, I am sending this to you to update you on the company. I realize this is a long email. But it is important to the future of the company, and I am asking for your help and support at this time.

Armed Forces Brewing Company is at a crossroads primarily because of what the woke mob in Norfolk Virginia did to all of us, our employees, our vendors and our partners in that city where we had located our headquarters and brewery. We have closed the Norfolk facility and are planning to pivot to a temporary contract brewing business model and as searching for a new home in a state and locality that supports traditional American values and does not bow down to cancel culture and their woke social agendas.

These keyboard warriors in Norfolk took it upon themselves to falsely call the company, our 10,900+ shareholders and everyone who did business with us bigots, racists, misogynists, violent, homophobes and transphobes for their own anti-American social agendas. They took our growing startup with more than one million dollars in cash in the bank and a plan to take over a brewery and taproom generating $200,000+ per month in revenues, and put us in the dire fiscal situation we are in today by spreading lies and interfering with our business without a care as to how many veterans and their families they affected.

These people are literally gloating online about what they did to the company.

We have reopened the public stock offering and will leave it open until April 29 at midnight. If we raise $2,000,000 from our existing shareholder family, our social media audience, and our existing leads and their referrals, we will be able to move ahead with our relocation plans (likely to Texas or Florida), pay off or structure payment plans with all existing debtors, and have a fresh start in a location friendly to our core American values. If we reach at least $1,700,000 in that time frame, we believe we can negotiate payment plans with many of our debtors, pay off some of the most pressing debts, and also continue to operate and relocate to greener pastures.

While this may seem like a daunting task, our fundraising goal is not as difficult to reach as it might appear:
If each of you or someone you referred someone or invested $200, we would successfully raise the needed funds.
If half of you or someone you referred invested $500, we would successfully raise the needed funds.
If a quarter of you or someone you referred invested another $1000, we would successfully raise the needed funds.
