The #fitness journey continues! Im up to a 5 mile/day average! Im down 31lbs since I seriously started back in late October/November! Any suggestions on what to work on? Been focusing on cardio, lately ive been trying to run a minute for every 5 minutes walked over 40-60 minutes.

Since I've bought my gym membership I've been slowly increasing steps, but I didn't really actively start working out until the end of October. Seems weird that just having a gym membership equals more activity, but I guess access was half the battle for me! #workout #workoutmotivation
