Oreo's problem: She wants a warm place to lie down that doesn't rely on the warmth of her stupid boy, bu she is too scared I'm trying to take her to the vet to go into enclosed spaces
Solution: I put a heated blanket on the bottom shelf of my closet

Use one of these if you see it at the gym or whatever, it is called an air bike, it should be able to work those muscles you highlighted.

I don't know the best stretch for that, but the workout thing is universal. Get a light stretch in after a workout every day and you will improve. This is the first thing a physical therapist would try. 5 and 6 would probably help but you might want to start off doing a light stretch of each.

I have real advice! Do a 10 minute workout that at least somewhat exhausts the muscles you want to stretch, then stretch only after that workout. It's your lower back right? These stretches are what you want to be doing after like a spin cycle session or however you work them out.
