Coming back on here to say that I’m tired of seeing folks say people are DEI. For example, I’ve seen women say things like “women are DEI, they’re trying to get rid of us.” And I get your intention, but people are not DEI. DEI is not an adjective. 1/3

I’m convinced TikTok or something online changed people’s views on concerts because why am I seeing people complain they got nosebleeds for Beyoncé??? I’ve only seen her in nosebleeds and have had the time of my life up there!

I am so grateful I’m from a culture where rice is a big part of our cuisine. Like… imagine not wanting to eat rice every day??? Couldn’t be me!!!

As someone who studied fandom, has written about fandom, etc., one thing that annoys me is when regular people say “we don’t know something” when fans know their shit. Fans are scholars. Fans are historians. We know our stuff.
