I trust young people to make their own pregnancy decisions. Young people who have abortions deserve respect and compassion, not judgment.

Good morning, 41 states restrict access to abortion care in some way. There are only *9 states* (plus DC) that do not have restrictions on care.

Continuing education for parenting is like one of my primary hobbies. More strategies for effective communication? New science to better understand her needs? Like, inject that into my veins!!

Something I like about being in my 30s is that I no longer feel the need to perform perfect competency, simply because I trust in my ability to learn what I don’t know.

One of my guiding lights in life is to reduce/alleviate/at the very least recognize other people’s (and my own) suffering, whenever and wherever possible. This seems absolutely basic to me.
I want all people to have peaceful, safe, and loving mornings with their families like the I one I had today. I don’t understand how this is a point of contention for anyone - I truly don’t. How can inflicting or justifying suffering be how you choose to spend your time and energy in this life?

It’s clear that there’s no amount of cruelty or violence or death or destruction that will be enough for (so many) people to care. What do we even do with that sickening reality.

I'm furious on behalf of everyone who was brutalized by ICE today in Chicago. My GOD, this is completely horrible.

I've been in meetings most of today and I just checked messages and see that comrades & friends were part of the people they brutalized today.
