I’m setting a goal/challenge for myself to have a story published ( on my website ) by Halloween. I have no idea what it will be about. I’m thinking probably a supernatural mystery. I don’t have an exact length in mind but I’m thinking around 15,000 words.

So basically if you change your legal name abroad after having previously lived in Japan, it's a good idea to bring your old passport and/or residence card with you to Japan, it turns out.
Especially if your government never issued you some sort of "I changed my legal name" certificate.
