I was up until about midnight this morning checking in on someone who I feared was going to do something, if you know what I mean. Never once in my life had I wanted to relapse so badly. I'm still sick over this.

But I've decided I have to focus on things I can actually fix, and improve the things right in front of me instead. I set the dread aside; it does not help me right now.
