The reality is that successful organizing is mostly relationship building. It’s easier to build relationships if you’re open-minded and chill.

Ideological purity is a terrible organizing tactic. I’m very far left but many of my leftist friends criticize me when, in an attempt to organize, I try to communicate leftist ideas using more aesthetically liberal language.

Do people still not get that these language games are intentional? Lil Lord Fauntleroy says it's a facility so media reports it as a base and we react predictably which gives Couchlover McGee the opportunity to say truthfully that media is being unfair. It's rope-a-dope that we shouldn't fall for.
