This was how you interviewed for firms during law school too. And for legal academy jobs. But at least those were a committee! The firm interviews were me, one man, and a bed. Insane. Not one stepped over the line, but holy hell.

This meal is hard for that - I would recommend ham. Not only does it freeze well, it just KEEPS without freezing for a long time. Goes great with a good batch of frozen or fresh rolls, anything potatoes, etc

Had to file one of these one year in on an MSJ. Just incredibly painful for everyone, and that judge was horrible for additional reasons. What we need is a better system for getting rid of judges who do this to litigants.

Exactly. Deflation is scary - the economy actually shrinks. Disinflation is when the rate of inflation goes down.

Agreed - he knows the proper use of the term. He uses it like he means it. It's just that what he is saying is like saying that ending homeowners insurance might create transactional drag in real estate.

He probably means that it decreases inflationary pressure. But it also simultaneously attacks demand and supply, so . . . actual economic shrinkage, as opposed to disinflation, is indeed the likely outcome.
