Some people i rejected were definitely using AI or just doing generic reviews. I think they try to build up a review history to then offer paid reviews. Quite a few indie authors don’t know paid reviews are against KDP rules 😩

I used netgalley via a coop and was pretty happy with it tbh. And bookfunnel for readers I found. I didn’t get many but I left sorting it out way too late

I wish they would just target romance authors 😩 they’d be better off doing that than leaving authors of other genres disappointed
