Since I don't have access to their actual report, I have no idea whether these people's views on "government failure" are really as depoliticised as Robbins is making them out to be.

How about you actually do some investigation into the causes of lack of action instead of just lazily writing that they just want to avoid accountability?
I am sick and tired of these lazy articles that just throw blame with no analysis beyond "this outcome is bad".

The problem: many would say that *any* focus on gender at COP indicates misaligned priorities. You would not believe the amount of people that say "that climate activists are focused on a 'just transition' shows they don't actually care about cutting emissions"
