Note to self: when measuring ingredients for stir fry sauce, it's best to put your cocktail very far away from the container you're working with, lest your drink become a mushroom dark soy sauce old fashioned.

I let the cats out before I noticed there were a couple of big fat possums in the backyard. This is Lemmy and one of them regarding each other, after which the possums continued to snuffle around while Lemmy supervised.

PSA for super pettable kitties: We've switched up our usual kibble purchase because our senior cat has been having joint pain and suddenly all 3 of them are super silky and soft! I didn't know that was a thing, but I've since looked into it - high protein and omega 3 oils make a dramatic difference.
