Afadin is an #ILC #metastasis suppressor! Based on clinical and experimental data we show that Afadin inhibits metastasis by stabilizing the #E-cadherin to F-actin link. The α-catenin binding CC domains is key, not the F-actin binding region! pathsocjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/...
