Finished this glorious romp through 1911 Vienna and Klimt’s social circles, and loved every second of it! Moore’s melding of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, arctic exploration, Klimt’s life, and Freud/Jung’s psychoanalytical theories is both intriguing and hilarious. One caution - it’s NSFW.

Finished both Character Limit and Careless People this week, and they give all the background needed to understand how Musk and other US oligarchs think and act. These are soulless, greedy fools running our country, and they will destroy it and us for their own benefit. We must stop them.

This book has been sitting in my to be read pile for a while, and I thought in this current moment it was rather important to have a reminder on how to be human and kind in the face of atrocities and authoritarianism. Also, it’s about a girl who loves books.
