This Metra embankment in Portage Park is always full of trash -- whose responsibility is it to keep these clean? Related, should storefront business owners clean the sidewalk in front of them? I mean, I pick up trash that blows into my front yard even though it is obviously not mine.

Shout out to Costco parking lot design. I drive what I call a city car (some might say "piece of shit") so I don't worry about my car getting dinged, but I don't want to hit anyone else's car door while I'm loading paper towels into the backseat. This grace space makes that possible. I love it.
